FY2000 (Phase One) Evaluation

In FY2000, the measurement team reported general performance data and travel and emission impacts for three alternative modes - carpool, vanpool, and transit. The regional rideshare database and validation survey, partner program reports, and employer self-reports were the primary data sources used to assess participation and travel and emission impacts.

Standardized measurement formulas and factors were used to translate participation data to travel and emission reduction for the Atlanta TDM Framework.

The detailed factors and formulas used to calculate travel and emission reductions can be found in the Resource Library section of this website. The document is titled FY2000 Measurement Factors and Formulas.
